Accomplishments

  • 03/01/23, when Tchad Petroleum Company or TPC at Kome Chad field is having demulsifers rupture, I successfully blended a demulsifier using two different demulsifiers with xylene that achieved the water separation by meeting pipeline oil water content specifications. This blend named DMO DOK-1 has helped in performance and quantity that prevented TPC from shutting down the Industry due to Oil/Water separation issues
  • 08/01/21, Successfully assessed, investigate, redesign and restore the ExxonMobil Oily Water Lift Station OWLS biocide system injection- LEAD AWARD
  • 02/01/21, successfully assessed and conduct Lab testing to address Rag Layer issue to increase production, obtain good oil quality for Crude Firing to the Turbines as well as engage the customer to a holist approach of solving this issue- CARE AWARD
  • 10/01/20, Great Contribution to ESSO Operations at Kome: Customer - Esso was facing challenges with crude transfer issue in June/July and the Superintendent asked me to help. I conducted lab work and came up with the idea of adding diesel to the crude stream to mitigate the foaming issue as well as reducing viscosity. This idea was implemented and the power turbines were started smoothly and this has been incorporated into the SOP for starting up the turbines and Esso is now benefiting from it. This has really helped Esso to minimize the diesel cost! – COLLABORATE AWARD
  • 10/01/19, Tracer Sampling successfully completed in Kome ESSO Chad field - DRIVING CUSTOMER OUTCOMES AWARD
  • 06/01/17, 2016 Safety Award giving by ExxonMobil- PERFORMANCE AWARD
  • 05/01/14, successfully translate all Training module into French version, initiated and support several customer technical training sessions conducted for the wider Central Africa UC geomarkets and has been considered as a great example aligned towards BHI's Core Values (Teamwork) - TEAMWORK AWARD
